THE former assistant manager at a Dunfermline building supplies firm has appeared in court for embezzling funds from the company.
Christopher Ayres, 41, formerly of Blairhall but now living in Clydebank, was in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between May 26 and November 14, 2015, at Keyline Builders Merchants, Pitreavie Business Park, while employed as assistant branch manager there, he embezzled £1,800.
Sheriff Derek Reekie called for reports and Ayres will be sentenced on December 6.
