BUDDING artist Devyn Easter Brook has scooped top prize in a Christmas card design competition.
The primary seven pupil from St Joseph's Primary in Kelty's creation has now been turned into a Christmas card and will be sold to raise funds for the school.
Class teacher Erika Anderson said all the P7 children took part.
"It was a competition for our class and sponsored by HT Screenprint," she explained. "The whole class was asked to design a Christmas card and they were all sent into HT Screenprint who picked a winner.
"Devyn did really well. She is very artistic."
After selecting their winner, HT Screenprint Services supplied the school with 1000 cards and envelopes.
A company spokesperson added: "Devyn and the other kids who entered all received a prize for their fantastic efforts. The cards look great.
"HT Screenprint would like to say a huge thank you to all the pupils and teachers involved."
