A 50-YEAR-OLD Dunfermline man’s actions towards a female in a bar have landed him in the dock.
Kenneth Baxter, of Headwell Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 14, at the town's Monty’s Bar, Guildhall Street, he conducted himself in a threatening or abusive manner by sitting close to a female, uttering remarks about her and placing his hands on her body.
Sheriff Pino di Emidio noted that Baxter had previous convictions from 2015 and 2017.
He called for a social work report, adding: “This will give Mr Baxter the opportunity to explain what was going on in his mind.”
Baxter will return to court for sentencing on May 2.
The 2017 offence involved another incident in a pub. Baxter admitted assaulting a man in the Thistle Tavern by punching him on the head and hitting him with a chair.
