A 34-year-old man was arrested for drink-driving after a car crashed into Tesco Rosyth on Saturday night.
The Honda CR-V collided with the building on Queensferry Road at around 9.10pm.
The man was due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court yesterday (Monday).
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police in Fife arrested a 34-year-old man in connection with drink driving, after a Honda CR-V collided with the Tesco building in Rosyth around 9.10pm on Saturday 11th August.
"He was expected to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Monday 13th August."
