A DUNFERMLINE woman has been given more jail time for assault and sectarian abuse.
June Bradley, 48, of Trondheim Parkway but currently in prison for other offences, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court for sentencing.
She previously admitted that on July 27, at Linburn Road, Dunfermline, she behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by making sectarian remarks.
On July 30, at Trondheim Parkway, she culpably and recklessly threw an aerosol can her at daughter which struck her on the head.
She also admitted that on the same day, at Trondheim Parkway, she assaulted a man by punching him on the head to his injury.
The court was told that Bradley’s earliest date of release for her current jail term was December.
Sheriff Linda Smith said: “I’m concerned your offending started later in life and also about your attitude to those trying to help you.”
The sheriff imposed another eight-month jail term to run consecutively to the current sentence.
