THE proceeds of a special show at St Columba’s High School were handed over to the British Heart Foundation this week in memory of a much-loved teacher from the school.
The cash – a total of £400 – was handed over to charity representative David McColgan by S5 pupils Rebecca Gould and Lauren Barton.
The talented students produced, directed and performed in the school’s summer show, Broadway, and all the funds raised from the production were donated to the charity as a tribute to the late Graeme Stewart.
The popular technical and guidance teacher died suddenly in March this year at the age of 49.
