DUNFERMLINE house prices have risen.
The latest ESPC house price report shows the average selling price had risen by 18.3 per cent to £176,505 between August to October, compared to the same period last year.
The company says this is mainly due to a decreased proportion of smaller flats sold alongside a greater proportion of larger homes sold in the town.
Two-bedroom flats in Leith were the properties that sold the most between August and October, followed by three-bedroom houses in Dunfermline.
The average selling price was £246,927 across east central Scotland.
