A WINTER Masquerade Ball will take place in the Keavil House Hotel later this month.

Organised by the Fife League of Ladies, all profits raised from the glitzy black-tie event will go directly to Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS).

Guests will be treated to a glamorous red-carpet arrival with bubbles and entertainment from one of Scotland’s top cover bands, the fabulous Suited & Booted, as well as a disco to dance the night away.

The Lees classical duo will provide a beautiful musical backdrop to the evening’s three-course meal and there will be many chances to go home with some fabulous prizes via a raffle, auction and spot prizes taking place throughout the evening.

League of Ladies chairperson Debbie Stanton said: “The work they (CHAS) do is unbelievably important and we as a group have been busy for months organising it!

"It’s really all about one thing, and that is raising money for a hugely worthwhile cause, and it really would be amazing if we can spread the word now and get as many people along to the event as possible.”

Laura Campbell, CHAS community fundraiser, said: “The funds and awareness raised by our amazing supporters, such as the Fife League of Ladies, help us on our mission to reach every single baby, child and young person who needs us, and offer our support and care to them and their whole family.”

Tickets for the event – which is on November 24 – are available to purchase from Jean@Uptown Girl, Cowdenbeath or Mags@ Devine Cakes, Leslie or Blairhall, Dunfermline, or alternatively messaging the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/wintermasqueradeball/ or emailing theleagueofladiesfife@gmail.com.
