A DUNFERMLINE man is behind bars after being found hiding in his ex-partner’s home under a duvet, in defiance of a bail order.
Archibald Walker, 48, of Blacklaw Road, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that having been granted bail on August 13, he breached the conditions of the order on November 19 at Malcolm Court, Dunfermline, by entering the address and being in contact with his ex-partner.
Depute fiscal Dev Kapadia said police received information that Walker was in the premises he was banned from entering.
At 10.20pm, police attended and were allowed in by Walker’s partner.
When they searched the premises, Walker was found hiding under a duvet on the floor.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Walker was remanded in custody until sentencing until December 18.
