A 17-YEAR-OLD Inverkeithing youth has admitted carrying out a serious assault at a historic church.
The victim has been left scarred by the incident, Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted that on May 25, at St Bridget’s Kirk, Dalgety Bay, he assaulted another male by punching him on the head to his injury and permanent disfigurement.
Sheriff Keith O’Mahoney called for reports and sentence was deferred until December 19.
