THE artisan coffee and cafe franchise that's taken over the former McDonald's in Dunfermline is now open.
Bob & Berts opened their High Street doors to customers yesterday (Tuesday).
The leading independent coffee shop chain was founded in Northern Ireland and the Dunfermline store is its second in Scotland.
David Ferguson, director of Bob and Berts, said: "We’re delighted to be opening our second Scotland store in Dunfermline so the people of the area can experience what we have to offer here in Bob and Berts.
"Our legendary Spud Stack has been a firm favourite in Falkirk, and we’re really excited to share the Christmas Treats menu we have planned."
Commenting on what makes Bob and Berts different from other coffee shops, Colin McClean, founder, stated: "We believe that Bob and Berts has become an integral part of the community in every town we’re based in.
"From supporting local sports teams and clubs, to raising money for local charities and schools, we love being involved in every aspect of the local community that we can be.
"Dunfermline will be no different and we’re already looking at ways to support and be part of the community."
Bob and Berts will be open to the public Monday to Sunday from 8am to 6pm.
