A BODY has been found in the search for a missing Oakley man.
A search for John Bedborough had been ongoing after he had not been seen since around 10.30pm on December 2.
A post on Fife Police Division's Twitter page stated: "We can confirm that a man's body has been found during the ongoing search to trace 45-year-old John Bedborough.
"A member of the public reported the discovery within the Porterfield area of Oakley at around 9.45am on Tuesday 4th December.
"No formal identification has taken place at this time, however, the family of John Bedborough have been informed and will be kept fully updated."
