POLICE in Fife are appealing for information following a report of public indecency in Dunfermline.
The incident happened around 10.10pm last night (Thursday).
Two women were walking on a cycle path in the Craigston Drive area of the town when the man was seen to be committing an indecent act.
He is described as around 5ft 6 inches tall and aged 30 to mid-40s. He was wearing a black, waist-length bomber-style jacket, an orange and yellow top, black jogging bottoms and a dark-coloured baseball cap.
Inspector Ian Flynn said: “Both women were understandably shocked but unharmed by this incident and we are keen to trace this man as quickly as possible.
“We’re appealing for anyone who was in the area around the time of this incident and who can assist with our inquiries, or who recognises this man’s description, to come forward.
“Anyone with information can contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 4055 of Thursday 6th December, or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
