A ROSYTH teenager has appeared in court following two incidents involving his former partner in a Dunfermline nightclub.
Dylan Kirk, 18, of Tyrwhitt Place, admitted committing offences at Lourenzo’s on two separate occasions within a month.
On November 4, he assaulted his now former partner by slapping her on the body repeatedly.
Then, on December 2, at Lourenzo’s, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards her.
He repeatedly loitered near to her, stared at her, approached her, walked past her, danced close to her, repeatedly approached and contacted her friends and refused to leave the premises when asked to do so.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Kirk will be sentenced on February 27.
