A DUNFERMLINE man has been told he could be facing a jail term after being caught driving while banned again.
Daniel Lyons, 29, of Iona Road, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
On January 21 last year, in Skye Road, he drove while disqualified and without insurance.
The court heard Lyons had a previous conviction for driving while disqualified.
Sheriff James MacDonald said: “I’ll make no bones about it. You are at a very high risk of receiving a custodial sentence.”
He imposed a temporary driving ban, called for reports and Lyons will be sentenced on March 13.
