A DUNFERMLINE woman had her hand squeezed by her partner until she dropped her phone.
She admitted hitting her partner on the head during the altercation, which started as a row about whether a pup should be allowed out of its cage.
The incident led to David Gabbitas going on trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Gabbitas, 27, now of Heckmondwike, Yorkshire, denied that on April 18, at an address in Dunfermline, he assaulted his then partner by seizing her wrist and squeezing it until she dropped her mobile phone.
Sheriff Chris Shead found Gabbitas guilty and fined him £300.
