A 27-YEAR-OLD man is in custody following an incident involving his former partner.
Rhys Cooper, 27, of no fixed abode, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on March 8, at an address in Rosyth, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing, repeatedly demanded entry, repeatedly struck the windows and gained entry uninvited.
The offence was aggravated by involving the abuse of his ex-partner.
The court heard Cooper was already on a community payback order.
Sheriff Derek Reekie deferred sentence until May 1 for reports and bail was refused.
The Crown is seeking a non-harassment order and consideration of this was continued until sentencing.
