AN INVERKEITHING man caused a disturbance at the home of his partner and then later returned there and forced his way in.
Shaun Gillan, 28, of Spittalfield Crescent, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court as a result.
He admitted that on April 1 at Inchkeith Wynd, Inverkeithing, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by repeatedly shouting, swearing, making offensive comments, threatening to smash a window and repeatedly banging on a door demanding entry.
Then later he returned to the property, forced entry and entered uninvited, refusing to leave when asked to do so.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and Gillan will be sentenced on May 14.
