A COMRIE man is behind bars after his fourth drink-drive conviction.
Callum Tyson, 29, of Gillespie Court, was also driving while disqualified after taking his mum’s car from the family home.
Tyson appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on Sunday, at his home, he took and drove away a car without the owner’s consent.
He then drove in Station Road, Oakley, having consumed excess alcohol. His reading was 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 22 microgrammes. He also drove while disqualified.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and Tyson was remanded in custody until sentencing on May 15.
