AN AWARD-WINNING tour operator has teamed up with Brighton Dome to champion the city’s best restaurants.

Selective Asia, the Dome and Brighton Festival have partnered to create a printed

guide to the best Asian food hotspots.

The 44-page Selective Bites guide features food, stories and travel articles aimed at celebrating some of the city’s most diverse foods.

The featured venues range from an authentic café celebrating Bangladeshi dishes and an award-winning blend inspired by both the high-octane street food and sophisticated dining of India to a heritage rooted in the history of the Vietnamese boat people.

Nick Pulley, managing director of Selective Asia, said: “Although we’re an international business, Brighton is central to our DNA.

“Because the parts of the world to which we send clients are so steeped in fine culinary traditions, we wanted to do something to celebrate and promote Asian restaurants in the city.”

“In a world where many of us just grab a sandwich in front of a screen, the communal nature of so much Asian cuisine reminds us that, at its core, meals have always been about coming together and sharing food, being part of each other’s lives.”

Selective Bites will be available from the featured restaurants, The Dome foyer and Brighton Festival box office.
