A BURGER chain has teamed up with a popular brewer on a new creation.

Honest Burgers, in Duke Street, Brighton, has partnered with brewery Holler to bring an exclusive new burger to the branch.

It is called The Brighton and combines cajun-rubbed beef with The Duke beer-braised onions, bacon, Mayfield smoked cheese, Korean burger sauce, rocket and pickles.

At a price of £12.50 the burger comes with the restaurant’s signature rosemary salt chips.

Honest Burgers launched in Duke Street on February 25, to much fanfare.

The small chain, which also has restaurants in London and other parts of the South, was founded by Tom Barton and Philip Eeles.

They met while working at Riddle and Finns fish restaurant in Meeting House Lane, Brighton.

They sold their first burgers at a food fair in Brighton.

But they opened their first restaurant in Brixton – that was in 2011 and since then the chain has grown in London and spread to Bristol, Cambridge and Reading.
