A DUNFERMLINE teenager is back in detention after causing a disturbance at his mum’s home.

Tyrone McLuckie, 19, formerly of Macbeth Road, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

He admitted that on March 19, at an address in Rosyth, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing and acting aggressively.

He also admitted that on April 21, he breached curfew conditions at Macbeth Road.

The court heard that the incident at his mum’s home in Rosyth occurred shortly after McLuckie was released from a seven-month custodial term.

Sheriff Charles MacNair sentenced McLuckie to four months’ detention for his latest offences.
