A WOMAN in her sixties was taken to hospital on Friday evening after the Porsche she was travelling in crashed into a tree.
The car hit the tree and overturned on the A985 near Cairneyhill just before 7pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said they attended the incident along with the fire and ambulance services.
"A female passenger in her sixties was taken to hospital with a back injury, which is not believed to be life-threatening," said the spokesperson. "The male driver in his twenties did not sustain any serious injuries.
"Inquiries into the full circumstance of this collision are ongoing."
