A MAN has admitted sexually assaulting a woman in Culross.
The incident occurred after the woman offered to give him a lift home.
The victim gave evidence on the assault during the first day of a trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
On the second day, Jonathon Howison-Hood, 24, of Barbara Stocks Lane, Culross, submitted a guilty plea.
He admitted a charge that on January 24 last year, at Gallows Loan, Culross, he assaulted a woman by seizing her neck and sexually assaulted her by putting his hands inside her clothing, touched her naked breasts, inserted his fingers into the waistband of her lower clothing, kissed her, seized her hand and repeatedly attempted to put it on his naked penis.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Howison-Hood will be sentenced on July 8.
