A 32-YEAR-OLD man has admitted damaging a car window during a disturbance in High Valleyfield.

Thomas Fleming, from Sauchie, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

He admitted that between Christmas Eve and January 6, at Pentland Terrace, High Valleyfield, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing and damaging a car window.

Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and Fleming will be sentenced on July 3.

Last month, Fleming was jailed for another incident in High Valleyfield.

He admitted that on April 9, at Burns Street, High Valleyfield and elsewhere, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing and making threats of violence.

The threats were made to a male and a female, who was the sister of Fleming’s ex-partner.

There had been an earlier incident in which the woman’s car was vandalised and the windscreen smashed with Fleming the suspect.

Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said Fleming had made a phone call to the couple saying: “I’m going to f****** kill you. I’m going to stab you.”

He then ranted that he “had people” who would be coming to kill them.

Sheriff Craig McSherry jailed Fleming for four months, which backdated to April 11, when he was remanded in custody.
