GLASGOW chef Nico Simeone is set to take his Six By Nico concept to England.
Six by Nico Manchester will be the fourth addition to the cooking master’s growing restaurant portfolio, with award-winning venues including 111 by Nico and Six by Nico, already embedded in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The 3,000 square foot restaurant will be Nico’s first venture in England, with plans to expand the brand further across the UK in the pipeline.

The new Spring Gardens restaurant occupying the former Roc & Rye site will replicate the concept of his Six by Nico restaurants in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Belfast. The themed menu at the eatery will change every six weeks.
The space in Manchester City Centre will house a 66-cover restaurant with a wine and spirits bar.
Nico said: “We are very excited to bring an unforgettable culinary experience to Manchester.
“It was the obvious choice when looking for our first site in England thanks to its thriving food and drink scene.

The concept was born in Glasgow in 2017, and Six by Nico Manchester plan to create 30 new jobs.
The branch will open its doors in July 2019.
