Threats including sending a picture of a gun
A HILLEND woman was targeted for stalking behaviour by a former partner.
Bruce Storie repeatedly pestered her with text messages and also made threats, including sending a picture of a gun.
Storie, 50, of Coventry Place, Kinross, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between November 5 and December 13 last year at Hillend and elsewhere he engaged in a course of conduct which caused his former partner, fear or alarm by repeatedly sending text messages to her, including threatening remarks and sending a picture message of a gun to her.
Sheriff Craig McSherry fined Storie £800 and imposed a two-year non-harassment order.
