A KIRKCALDY woman has been banned from entering Dunfermline after being caught shoplifting.
Christina Mackie, 34, of Duncan Street, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
She admitted that on June 11, at Asda, St Leonard's Street, Dunfermline, she stole a quantity of alcohol.
The court was told Mackie was already on two community payback orders.
She also has two deferred sentences coming up in court in Kirkcaldy for similar offences.
Defence solicitor David Bell said his client had been allowed to leave the store after being caught but had been banned from going back there.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Mackie will be sentenced on July 31. He allowed bail on the condition that Mackie does not enter Dunfermline other than for appearing in court.
