A POLICE OFFICER was kicked on the head by a Dunfermline man struggling with officers.
The incident resulted in Edward Harris, 31, of Clunie Road, appearing in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on May 13, at his home address, he resisted, obstructed or hindered two police constables in the execution of their duty. He struggled violently with them, resisting the application of handcuffs, attempted to flee, lashed out with his legs and kicked one of the officers on the head.
Sheriff James MacDonald called for reports and Harris will be sentenced on August 28.
