A MAN was injured severely after being punched at a house in Rosyth.
The incident led to 29-year-old Garry Donaldson appearing in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court and admitting the assault under provocation at his home in Peasehill Road.
He admitted that on August 26 last year, under provocation, he assaulted a man by punching him on the head and seizing him by the neck and head, all to his severe injury and impairment.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and Donaldson will be sentenced on September 17.
