The Scottish Air Ambulance was called to Halbeath yesterday evening (Wednesday) to respond to a medical transfer.
A helicopter landed on the football pitch beside Halbeath Community Centre at Guttergates Road.
Dunfermline Police were also in attendance to make the scene safe before the aircraft could land.

A police spokesperson said: "Around 5.20pm on Wednesday, August 21, we received a request from the Scottish Ambulance Service to assist in the landing of a helicopter in the Gutter Gates Road area on to a football pitch.
"We were called to make sure the area was clear before the helicopter landed.
"The helicopter attended from Glasgow."
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call on Wednesday 21 August to attend an address in the Gutter Gates Road area of Dunfermline. An air ambulance was dispatched to the scene.”
