Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A DUNFERMLINE man has appeared in court from custody after being caught driving while banned last weekend.
Scott Pratt, 30, of Rumblingwell, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on Saturday, at William Street and other roads in Dunfermline, he drove while disqualified and without insurance.
The court heard Pratt was already on a community payback order.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Pratt will be sentenced on October 2.
