A MAN was severely injured after being punched at a house in Rosyth.
As a result, Garry Donaldson, 29, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted committing the assault under provocation at his home in Peasehill Road.
On August 26 last year, under provocation, he assaulted his victim by punching him on the head, seizing him by the neck and head, all to his severe injury and impairment.
Sheriff Charles MacNair imposed a community payback order with 18 months’ supervision and 275 hours of unpaid work.
