A ROSYTH man has had his tablet device taken off him after admitting possessing indecent photos of children.
Keith Watson, 42, of Nelson Street, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
He had previously admitted that on June 24 at his home, he took, or permitted to be taken or made, indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children.
He also had indecent photos or pseudo-photographs of children in his possession.
Sheriff Craig McSherry placed him on a community payback order with supervision for 12 months and ordered him to do 180 hours of unpaid work within nine months.
He also agreed to a motion Crown motion for the forfeiture of Watson's tablet.
