A ROSYTH man has been banned from driving and could lose his vehicle.

Sean Wilson, 34, of Burnside Crescent, was caught drink-driving and appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

He admitted that on Saturday, in Castle Road, Rosyth, he drove having consumed excess alcohol. His reading was 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 22 microgrammes.

Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said the Crown would be seeking forfeiture of Wilson’s vehicle.

Sheriff James MacDonald called for reports and Wilson will be sentenced on October 23. A temporary driving ban was imposed with immediate effect.
