TWO men were assaulted in a violent incident in Dalgety Bay.
As a result, James Stewart, 26, of Tarvit Mill Travellers Site, Cupar, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on July 27 last year, at Harbour Drive, Dalgety Bay, he assaulted his first victim by punching him on the head and body repeatedly and thereafter struck him on the head and body, all to his injury.
He also assaulted a second complainer by seizing him by the clothing then struck him on the head and body, all to his injury.
A female co-accused had her not guilty plea accepted.
Sheriff James MacDonald called for reports and Stewart will be sentenced on October 23.
