A WOMAN was taken to hospital on Sunday afternoon after being knocked off her bike on a West Fife road.
Emergency services raced to the A921 between Dalgety Bay and Inverkeithing after the incident, which took place shortly before 12.50pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said the cyclist was knocked off her bike after colliding with a car. She was taken to hospital for treatment but suffered no serious injuries.
Motorists were subject to delays as a result of the collision, however, the road was not closed.
