A 28-YEAR-OLD man who touched a woman’s buttocks in a Dunfermline nightclub then headbutted her boyfriend has been sentenced.
The couple’s night out at Lourenzo’s was ruined by violent thug Thomas McPhee.
McPhee, of Main Street, Kelty, appeared back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on August 26 last year, at Lourenzo’s, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner and touched a female on the buttocks over her clothing.
He also admitted he assaulted a man by headbutting him to his injury.
Sheriff Craig McSherry imposed a community payback order with 200 hours of unpaid work and 12 months’ supervision.
McPhee was also ordered to pay £500 compensation to the man he headbutted.
