A ROSYTH man who stole a battery charger in Dunfermline had driven there having consumed alcohol or drugs.
The incident led to Kevin Thompson appearing from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Thompson, 42, of Whinnyburn Place, admitted that on July 19, in Queensferry Road, Rosyth, he drove a car without insurance.
He also admitted three offences which took place on October 4.
At Engineering Agencies, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, he stole a battery charger.
In Whinnyburn Place, Halbeath Road, and the roads between, he drove a car when unfit to do so through drink or drugs.
He also drove a car whose keeper’s name and address were not registered.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and imposed a temporary driving ban until sentencing on October 30.
