A ROOFER was caught driving while disqualified in Dunfermline.
Gary Nicolson, who runs his own roofing business, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Nicolson, 30, of Main Street, West Wemyss, admitted that on October 14 at Colton Terrace, William Street, both Dunfermline and elsewhere in Fife, he drove a vehicle while disqualified.
He also admitted that at Colton Terrace he failed to give police information on who had been driving the vehicle, when required to do so.
Defence solicitor James Beatson said his client runs a business which has three employees.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Nicolson will be sentenced on November 6.
A temporary driving ban was imposed for this offence.
