A NORTHERN Ireland man, currently working in Scotland, was caught driving while disqualified.
Christopher Rafferty, 34, of Newline Road, Cookstown, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on October 13 he drove while disqualified on the A921 at Inverkeithing.
Defence solicitor James Moncrieff said: βHeβs been over here working. He intends to go back home to his wife and children in Northern Ireland.β
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and imposed a temporary driving ban until sentencing on November 20.
