Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A MAN and woman have appeared in court charged with the murder of a 38-year-old man in Dunfermline.
Jason Mooney, 26, and Lynn Kelly, 33, both of Dunfermline, appeared in private today at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
They were charged with murdering Chris Cowie, who was found dead at an address in Golfdrum Street on Tuesday.
Mooney and Kelly were also charged with theft.
They made no plea or declaration and the case was continued for further examination.
Both were remanded in custody and are expected to appear again in court within the next eight days.
