The B981 in Inverkeithing is blocked due to an overturned car.
Fire crews and police are at the scene near to Inverkeithing rail station and beside Inverkeithing Baptist Church.
Police are diverting traffic as you come down the High Street and also from the direction of the A921.
Local James Parkes told the Press that the car hit a van and a man crawled out from the overturned vehicle.
Emergency services are attending him and the driver "seems ok."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police received a report around 8.25am of a two-vehicle crash - a car and a van - on Church Street, Inverkeithing.
"Emergency services attended and one person was taken to hospital to be checked over for minor injuries."
