A DUNFERMLINE man grabbed his partner by the neck and threw her to the ground.
James O’Hanlon, 33, of Duncan Crescent, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on October 1, at an address in Lochgelly, he assaulted his partner by seizing her by the neck and throwing her to the ground.
Defence solicitor James Moncrieff conceded his client has a “bad record”.
Sheriff James MacDonald called for reports and O’Hanlon will be sentenced on November 27. He was remanded in custody until then.
