THE first photograph in this week's trip down West Fife's Memory Lane shows the interior of David Gow and Son, the Tailor and Kiltmaker, in Bridge Street. Pictured from left are Alex Rennie, Clema Todd and Kate Addison.
The second photograph is of a row of temporary shops in Blacklaw Road in the early days of constructing this huge estate of council housing.
More photographs like these can be seen on facebook.com/olddunfermline, in Dunfermline Carnegie Library and Galleries, where 'Old Dunfermline' DVDs are on sale in the shop, on facebook.com/olddunfermline, and also in the 'Then and Now' exhibition in the lower mall of the Kingsgate Shopping Centre.
