A TAXI DRIVER was punched repeatedly as he drove on the motorway near Dunfermline.
The cabbie was taking Steven McGrath from Kelty to Livingston when the attack occurred.
McGrath, 32, of Yew Grove, Livingston, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court as a result.
He admitted that on December 22 last year, on the M90 near Dunfermline, he assaulted the cabbie during the course of his employment by punching him on the head repeatedly when he was driving a taxi between Kelty and Livingston.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and McGrath will be sentenced on January 10.
