A HOT TUB repair man who turned up at a female customer's front door with his penis sticking out of his trousers has been ordered to do unpaid work.

Ivan Kotkov, 42, of Marine Parade, Barmouth, was found guilty after a trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court to a charge that, on August 28 last year, at a house in Dunfermline, Kotkov intentionally exposed his genitals in a sexual manner to a woman and exposed his penis through his open trouser zip.

He also committed the same offence to another customer, a woman in her home in Cowdenbeath, on the same day.

The trial heard that Kotkov remained in an exposed state as he carried out work at the first house.

He then went to the home of another woman where he again walked around the house with his penis out.

Bulgarian national Kotkov, who has lived in the UK for more than two years, was employed by a Welsh firm and travelled up to carry out repairs to hot tubs at homes in Dunfermline and Cowdenbeath on the same day.

The women were both alone in their homes and did not confront Kotkov at the time.

The second woman contacted the company once he had left. The firm then phoned the first customer to ask if there had been any problems there and found out there had been.

Sheriff Alastair Brown ordered Kotkov to do 300 hours of unpaid work.
