A WOMAN was attacked and grabbed by the neck by her partner in her Dunfermline home.
The assault was committed by Ryan Smith, 31, now living at Walker Street, Cowdenbeath.
He appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court following the incident.
He admitted that last Friday at his home in Dunfermline, he assaulted his partner by seizing her body, pinning her to a chair and seizing her by the neck.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports, deferred sentencing until January 15 and granted bail.
