AFTER a row with his former partner,a Dunfermline man was put out of her home wearing only his boxer shorts and training shoes.

Now restaurant worker Rashed Khan has also been hit with a fine over the incident.

Rashed Khan, 43, of Abbot Street, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

He admitted that on December 3, at an address in Dunfermline, he shouted, swore and caused a disturbance.

Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said the incident took place at the home of his former partner.

He had been baby-sitting for her but she did not return home until the next morning.

He was sleeping on the sofa when she got there and there was then an argument between them.

“She asked him to leave but he refused. The child was crying by this time,” added the depute.

With Khan shouting and swearing, the police were contacted.

Defence solicitor Alexander Flett said: “They are no longer in a relationship. He was looking after their child. She didn’t come back so he had to stay the

night, which had not been the arrangement. She returned at about 11am the next day when he was sleeping.

“There was an argument and she put him out the property when he was wearing only his shorts and trainers. The rest of his clothing was inside.”

Sheriff Vinit Khurana fined Khan £160.
