A 16-YEAR-OLD youth assaulted a Tesco worker, headbutted a policeman and challenged McDonald's staff to fight in three separate disturbances.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, submitted guilty pleas through his solicitor, Aime Allan, at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on May 10, at McDonald's, Duloch Park, Dunfermline; he acted aggressively, shouted, swore, refused to leave when asked to do so by staff, activated a fire alarm, spat and challenged staff to fight.
He also admitted that on August 12, at Tesco, Turnstone Road, Dunfermline, he assaulted a male employee by knocking him to the ground to his injury.
The youth further admitted that on October 15, in Rosyth, he assaulted a police officer by butting him on the head.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and for the youth’s personal appearance. Sentencing will take place on March 4.
